KERRY'S GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
6 lg. potatoes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter (5 1/2 tbsp. butter)

Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper. Peel potatoes, cut into quarters (however you desire). Dip into cheese mixture. Melt butter in square pan. Place potatoes into pan. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
