GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. melted butter
Chopped parsley

Quarter potatoes, lengthwise. Mix dry ingredients. Wet potatoes with water and coat with dry ingredients. Arrange in one layer and pour melted butter over and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Turn once during baking time and sprinkle with parsley. I have done these in the microwave too if you are in a hurry.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
