SCALLOP AND SHRIMP KABOBS 
1/2 lb. scallops
1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. orange juice
2 lg. garlic cloves, minced
1/8 tsp. basil, dried & minced
1/8 onion powder
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 lb. cherry tomatoes

Pat scallops and shrimp dry. Combine all ingredients but scallops, shrimp, mushrooms and tomatoes. After mixing, add shellfish and marinate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Alternate scallops, shrimp, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes on skewers. Brush with marinade.
