ANGEL PECAN PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 carton Cool Whip
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring

Beat egg whites until fluffy. Gradually add sugar until stiff. Add pecans, cracker crumbs and vanilla. Pour in Pyrex pan which is lightly greased. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees (will be white). For topping, combine 1 carton Cool Whip and 1/4 teaspoon almond flavoring. Spread over pie.
