1 1/2 lemons
6 eggs
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
3 c. sugar

Slice lemons and put in blender. Add eggs and beat until they are light and foamy and lemons are in tiny bits. Then add butter that has been softened. Add sugar, a little at a time and keep beating in the blender. Then pour into two pie crusts and set on cookie sheet and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
