CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 qt. water
1 lb. broccoli
1 onion, chopped
1/2 gallon milk
3/4 c. American cheese
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted

Cook broccoli and onion in water until tender. Add milk, cheese, flour, butter, and soup. Cook on medium heat until cheese melts and soup thickens.
