TACO BEEF SOUP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion

In a large saucepan cook until browned. Drain off excess fat. Add 1 1/2 cups water. 1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1/2 env. (2 tbsp.) taco seasoning mix

Simmer, covered 15 minutes. Add 1 small avocado, peeled, seeded and chopped. Pour into individual bowls and pass grated cheese, corn chips or chili & cheese Fritos and sour cream. Yield: 6 servings. Excellent!
