TANGY LEMON CRUNCH SQUARES 
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shortening
1 (#2) can (22 oz.) Lucky Leaf lemon pie filling

Mix flour, sugar, rolled oats, baking soda and salt. Cut in the shortening. Press half of this dry mixture into the bottom of a well buttered square 9" cake pan. Cover with the lemon pie filling. Spread remaining crumb mixture evenly over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
