1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract

Mix thoroughly by hand. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
