GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY CARROT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded carrot

Combine salad dressing, eggs and vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients, mix well. Stir in shredded carrots. Grease wax paper 9-inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
