NO FUSS CHICKEN CORDON BLUE | |
4 chicken legs or breast, boned 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic 1/2 c. white wine 2 cans cream of chicken soup 4 slices ham 4 slices of Swiss cheese 1/2 c. water Spray pan with Pam. Brown chicken, remove, add onion, garlic and cook 5 minutes. Add wine, water and soup and mix. Add chicken and cook 1 hour or until done. 10 minutes before done add ham. Add cheese just before serving. |
