1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can chili (no beans)
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Spread cream cheese in bottom of 8 x 8 inch baking dish or pie plate. Top with chili. Sprinkle cheese over top. Heat in microwave oven or 325 degree oven until bubbly. Serve with plain nacho chips.
