1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 can condensed milk
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Whole milk

Crush cookies and place in 9x13 pan. (Save 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top.) Pour melted butter on top of cookies and mix to make crust. Mix sugar, cheese, and 8 ounces Cool Whip together. Pour or spread on crust.

Mix condensed milk and whole milk to make 3 cups milk. Add pudding to milk and mix well. Pour and spread on cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
