CHARCOAL - GRILLED SUGARED HAM 
2 fully cooked center cut smoked ham slices, 1 inch thick (about 3 1/2 lb.)
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. horseradish
1/4 c. lemon juice

Score each side of ham 1/4 inch deep in diamond pattern. Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan; heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

Place ham slices on grill 3 inches from medium coals; cool 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently with brown sugar mixture. 6-8 servings.
