OVEN PANCAKE PUFF 
3 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs well; slowly add flour, beating constantly. Stir in milk. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Melt butter in skillet (ovenproof) while oven is preheating. Pour batter into skillet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until pancake is browned slightly and puffy. Remove from oven (pancake will fall in center) and serve. Garnishes could include fresh fruit, syrup, crumbled bacon or whatever sounds good!
