OVEN PANCAKES WITH ESCALLOPED
APPLES
 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. softened butter
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Beat eggs, add rest and beat well. Melt 1/4 cup butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour batter into hot pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until golden and puffy.

APPLE TOPPING:

1 can apples, diced (Wilderness is good)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

Cook and serve over cut pancakes on plate. 6 servings.
