KROPSUA-FINNISH OVEN PANCAKE | |
4 eggs, well beaten 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. flour 2 1/4 c. milk 1/2 stick butter for pan Gradually add sugar to well-beaten eggs; continue beating. Add flour alternately with milk, beating after each addition. Melt butter in large pan, slush butter on sides. Pour beaten mixture slowly into the pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Can be used as a dessert, warm or cold, served with ice cream and fruit. |
