3 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

Melt butter in 10 inch skillet with oven proof handle. Beat eggs in bowl and add flour and salt. Beat until nearly smooth. Stir in milk and melted butter; beat smooth. Pour batter into skillet and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes. Good with powdered sugar shaken over or maple syrup.
