BANANA CUSTARD PIE (SUGARLESS) 
1/2 c. hot water
1 env. unflavored gelatin powder
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. unsweetened orange or pineapple juice
5-6 ripe bananas
1/4 c. wheat germ

In blender, combine hot water and gelatin. With blender running, add juice, oil, egg, and vanilla. Add 3 bananas to mixture while blending. Slice 1 banana into bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle with wheat germ. Add blended banana mixture and arrange banana slices on top.
