1 graham cracker crumb pie crust 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 1/4 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Place crust on baking sheet; pour in filling. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in from edge comes out clean (325 degrees). Combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Carefully spread over pie. Continue baking 10 minutes. Cool. Chill. Top with fruit, if desired. |
