SUPREME CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted

FILLING:

4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can pie filling

CRUST: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter; press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.

FILLING: Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Pour over crust.

Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate. Top with pie filling just before serving.
