BUTTERSCOTCH REFRIGERATOR
COOKIES
 
1 1/2 c. shortening
2 c. brown sugar
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Cream shortening; add sugar and well beaten eggs. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and then add to the first mixture. Shape in rolls, wrap in waxed paper and store in the Dual Temp overnight or for several hours. Slice very thin and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
