APPLE JUICE 
3 qts. water
3 qts. apples
3 tsp. cream of tartar

Core apples and remove any bad areas. Boil water and cream of tartar. Pour boiling water mixture over apples. Let set 24 hours. Drain juice off apples and discard apples. Boil 20 cups of juice, add 3 cups of sugar. Once boiling, put in jars and seal immediately. When boiling juice you can add 2 to 3 drops of red food coloring to give juice a blush color.
