BUTTERMILK ROLLS 
1 c. buttermilk (lukewarm)
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2-2 1/2 c. flour

Mix all ingredients except flour in a large bowl. Stir until yeast is dissolved. Add flour to make a stiff dough. Make out into rolls and place in a greased pan. Brush with butter. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 16-20 rolls.
