LEMON CHICKEN
4 chicken breasts
1 sm. can frozen lemonade
1 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
1 very thinly sliced lemon (optional)

Pour lemonade into bottom of baking dish. Lay chicken breasts top down on top of juice. Bake at 350 degrees until done, basting with juice occasionally (turn chicken over half way through).

Take chicken out of pan and pour all but 3 tablespoons of juice out. Return juice to pan and while heating on top of stove, add 1/2 cup of water. When this comes to a boil, slowly pour in a mixture of one cup of water with one heaping tablespoon of cornstarch. Heat until this thickens.

Just a few lemon slices can be added at any point in the cooking process. Serve over rice (pour glaze on top) with a side dish of Chinese vegetables.
