PEA SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. frozen peas
Green onion, diced sm.
Celery, diced sm.
Light mayonnaise
Curry powder (not too much)
Dash of lemon juice
Chinese noodles on top (optional)

Under cook peas and drain well. Add small diced celery and green onions (including green ends). Moisten well with mayonnaise. Add curry powder and a dash of lemon juice. May garnish with Chinese noodles on top.
