OVEN PANCAKE 
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, divided

Melt 1/4 cup butter into 2 (8-inch) round cake pans. Set aside.

Beat eggs in mixer until fluffy. Add milk, flour, sugar, beating continuously. Mixture should be like thick cream. Pour into buttered pans. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm with jam, jelly or powdered sugar.
