SWISS CHICKEN BAKE 
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/4 lb. mushrooms
3 boned, skinned chicken breast
1/2 c. (2 oz.) Swiss cheese
3 oz. can onion rings
2 qt. glass dish
Wax paper

Place butter in dish, micro on high 40 seconds. Add salt and pepper; mix. Dry chicken, coat in mixture, place skin side down, meaty side to outer edge of dish.

To Cook: 1. Cover with wax paper, micro on high 5 minutes.

2. Turn chicken, place mushrooms on top and micro on high 4 minutes, covered so it can breathe.

3. Sprinkle with onions and cheese, micro on high 2 to 3 minutes, uncovered. Let stand 3 to 4 minutes.

NOTE: If canned or frozen mushrooms are used, add with cheese and onions. Cooked rice may be put in bottom of dish if desired. Makes 3 servings.
