CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
4 oz. pkg. chocolate pudding mix
1 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. instant coffee
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed

Cook pudding mix, milk and coffee to a boil. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Pour into 1 quart mold. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
