CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
BOTTOM LAYER:

4 c. chicken (par boil), cut up (use white meat)
2 c. soft bread, cubed
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix real good and put on bottom of greased pan.

TOPPING:

1 box Stove Top stuffing
1 c. butter
1 c. hot water

Mix up real good, spread on top. Bake 40 minutes, uncovered at 375 degrees.
