MEATBALLS IN ONION SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. rolled oatmeal
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. tarragon (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. fat
1 envelope dry onion soup

Roll meatballs in flour. Melt fat in fry pan, brown meatballs. Dissolve onion soup mix in 2 cups water. Add to meatballs and cook 20 to 25 minutes.
