NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together 1 egg in 1/2 cup water and vinegar. Mix flour, salt and sugar together and cut in shortening. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture.

Makes 2 double crust pies.
