"NO FAIL" PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. Crisco
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold water
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar

Mix first 4 ingredients with fork. Mix liquids together and add to dry until moistened. Mold into a ball, then refrigerate for 15 minutes before rolling out dough.
