NO FAIL PIE CRUST 
5 c. flour
2 c. shortening
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. ice water

Mix flour, Crisco, and sugar. Beat egg slightly and add vinegar and water. Add to flour mixture and mix very well. Refrigerate 15 to 30 minutes for easier handling.
