CAN'T FAIL PIE CRUST 
4 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. cold water

Combine flour, shortening and salt. Mix well. Add egg and water; mix well. Use now or freeze. Separate dough into four balls. Wrap, freeze, thaw as needed and roll to fit pan.
