FRUITI TARTS 
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. plain flour

Mix well and chill for 30 minutes. Roll out between wax paper, very thin. Cut with doughnut cutter with center part removed, or press with fingers into tiny ungreased pans (tart pans). Fill with mixture and bake. (Can also be baked and used for salad, etc.)

FILLING:

1 c. raisins and dates, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 stick butter
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolks and vanilla. Mix well, add fruit and nuts. Add egg whites. Fill tart shells about 1/2 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle while warm with confectioners sugar.
