2 pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken
3 green onions
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. powdered garlic
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/3 c. sweet-sour sauce

Mix cream cheese with milk thoroughly. Spread on a plate. Mix all other ingredients except the sweet and sour, place over the chicken mixture. Drizzle with sweet and sour sauce.
