BACON ROLL-UPS | |
1 loaf sliced bread 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 lb. center-cut bacon Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Trim crust from bread slices; flatten bread with hand. Spread with cream cheese. Roll as for jelly roll. Secure with wooden pick. Wrap bacon slice around roll; secure with pick. Place in ungreased baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. May cut into halves. Yield: 20 servings. |
