CARROT FRUIT SALAD 
6 carrots, peeled and grated
2 oranges, divided and sectioned and cut
1/2 c. pineapple chucks
3/4 c. raisins

DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
3 tsp. water

Blend dressings and pour over fruit and carrots. Refrigerate.
