AMISH DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) container whipped topping
3 c. milk
3 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix (2 vanilla, 1 pistachio, or any combination you like)

First layer: Melt butter, pour over flour, mix thoroughly, stir in nuts. Pat into bottom of a 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown, 20 minutes. Cool.

Second layer: Cream together powdered sugar and cream cheese. Add 1 cup whipped topping. Blend and spread over baked crust.

Third layer: In mixing bowl, combine milk and instant pudding mixes. Beat until smooth. Spread over cream cheese mixture.

Fourth Layer: Spread remainder of whipped topping over pudding mixture. Sprinkle more nuts on top. Refrigerate.
