2 c. milk, scalded
1 c. sugarDash of salt
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 Baker's semi-sweet chocolate squares

In double boiler cook the sugar, salt, flour and chocolate. Blend together and add milk. Cook until thickened. Cook in 3 egg yolks and 1 tablespoon butter. Blend until smooth and pour into baked pie shell.
