HOT CLAM DIP 
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 stick butter
3 cans chopped clams with juice
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 c. grated cheddar
Paprika

1. Saute onion and garlic in butter.

2. Add clams, crumbs, cheese, lemon juice, oregano and parsley.

3. Simmer 2 minutes.

4. Fill pie pan.

5. Sprinkle with cheddar and paprika.

6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
