HOT CLAM DIP 
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. oregano
Dash Worcestershire sauce
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Dash paprika
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 stick butter

Melt butter add diced onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce, simmer until onions and garlic are cooked (do not let onions get brown). Pour into casserole dish. Drain liquid from 1 can of clams and discard. Add both cans of clams to onion garlic mixture, add lemon juice and bread crumbs and mix well. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite crackers.
