HOT CLAM DIP 
2 cans minced clams
1 stick of butter (minus 2 tbsp.)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
Dash of Tabasco
Dash of garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and lemon juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Put clams in saucepan and warm. In saucepan put all other ingredients but bread crumbs. Saute until slightly cooked. Add bread crumbs and put into ovenproof pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
