EASY CHEESECAKE | |
2 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 lb. butter 3 each (8 oz.) cream cheese 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar 1 c. sour cream 3/4 c. sugar CRUST: Mix 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 pound butter. pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bring crust up the sides of the pan (about 1 inch). FILLING: Beat together with an electric mixer until smooth: 24 ounces cream cheese, 4 eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla, and 1 cup sugar. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and turn temperature to 475 degrees. MAKE TOPPING OF: 1 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup sugar. When oven reaches 475 degrees, put topping on cake and bake for 5 minutes. |
