PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
Vegetable oil for frying
Seasoning salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can fried onions
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (24 oz.) pkg. hash browns, frozen
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops in oil. Salt and set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt. Stir in hash brown potatoes, half of cheese and 1/2 can of onions. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Arrange chops over mixture. Bake for 90 minutes covered. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 more minutes.
