BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
4 slices bread
1 lb. bulk sausage or links, cut up
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Tear bread up and place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Brown and drain the sausage and spread over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Can be made the night before and refrigerated overnight before baking.
