BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
4 slices bread, torn
1 lb. bulk pork sausage or links
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Place torn bread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Brown and drain sausage or links in skillet. Cut links into slices. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in dish. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Cheese will rise to top during baking. Can prepare the night before, cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
