POTATO AND PEA CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen sm. white potatoes, peeled
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheese (cheddar)
Paprika

Cook vegetables separately, drain and mix in 2 quarts casserole dish. Mix other ingredients. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with crumbs and paprika.
