BUTTERSCOTCH SUPREME 
CRUST:

1 stick melted butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. plain all-purpose flour
2/3 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter; let cool. Mix in brown sugar, flour and nuts. Put in Pyrex dish that has been greased and floured (bottom only). Place in 300 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes, no longer. Take out and let cool.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 regular boxes instant Jello (butterscotch or chocolate)

Mix cream cheese about 3 minutes. Add powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Mix all 3 and spread on cooled crust. Next, mix boxes of Jello with 3 cups of milk and spread over cream cheese mix. Next, spread remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle 1/3 cup nuts. Chill until served.
